Common areas and shared spaces

In Villa Altitud you can feel at home while enjoying a pleasant and comfortable stay. Our villa is very spacious, welcomes the sun and is very cozy.

We have 5 bedrooms, of which we can let 1 or 2, max 3 or 4 bedrooms to comfortably accommodate 2-6 people. All are exterior, with plenty of natural light, and very well conditioned for cold and heat.

✓ Amazing entrance hall, with exceptionally high ceiling and windows in the dome​

✓ From the hall you can reach the living room which features a chimney and a direct access to the lateral part of the covered terrace. ​

✓ Also from the hall you can reach the spacious kitchen with dining area, and from there you have direct access to the main part of the covered terrace, overlooking the garden and the pool with whirlpool area. ​

✓ On the same floor and also reachable through the hall, there is the green bedroom (standard) and a bathroom with shower, which is ideal for guests.​

✓ A wide staircase leads to a gallery on the upper floor, from where you can overlook the hall. On this floor there are three bedrooms, one salon and two bathrooms. ​

✓ The blue and beige bedrooms have access to the upper terrace. They have access to another bathroom with shower. ​

✓ All bedrooms are bright and equipped with fitted wardrobes. Materials are of high quality and a warm-cold air conditioning and a hot-water underfloor heating have been installed in the entire house.

​✓ 5 full bathrooms of which 1-3 will be available for you depending on your booking, one outside, next to the chill-out room and pool with shower.

​✓ Natural light is provided by the large window with views of the garden.​

✓ In the basement there is a gym area, a home-cinema for special events. (This space is available for workshops, activities, training and retreats). There is also another bathroom with shower.   

✓ Our chill-out room is a welcoming environment where you can enjoy books and magazines of our favourite topics, play games and musical instruments with your friends and/or other guests.

​✓ In our 800 metres of land, everyone can find their corner for disconnecting, reading, sharing. Via a spiral staircase from the upper terrace, you will reach the roof terrace with stunning panoramic views, as well as being able to see the castle of Sancti Petri in the distance.​

✓ Our outside porch and bar is perfect for enjoying your first cup of tea or your last cocktail​.

✓ On the outside, there are green areas with lawn and pretty plants, a swimming pool (8x4m) with jacuzzi area. Because we are in the south, our pool is a must-have to cool off and enjoy a quick dip in the water, maintained at nice temperature level during the whole year.​

✓ There is also an exterior kitchen and covered carpark.

✓ The house is protected by alarm, with surveillance cameras in the common areas.

The Villa Altitud is situated in a quiet area while benefiting from the access to the beach and all amenities, which makes your days peaceful, nice and easy.​

In the surroundings of our village, you can carry out many and diverse leisure activities: golf, horse riding, tennis, paddle tennis, water activities and maritime excursions, cultural visits ... and a select gastronomy watered with the best wines of the land.
